No Bake Granola instructions
- In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine the wet ingredients until melted..
- Optional- add seasoning to the wet. I have used cinnamon and ancho chili powder to give it a Mexican flavor..
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients..
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while mixing constantly. I recommend a wooden spoon..
- When all of the dry is fully saturated with the wet, pour the mess onto a large sheet of parchment paper. Fold over the parchment paper and push the larger flat edge of a cookie sheet into it, wedding the mass onto a long. Stick it in the fridge for about an hour. For Halloween, I had formed it all into a skull which I decorated with icing..
- Once it has cooled down, remove the log from the fridge, Peel back the paper, and slice it into discs..
